Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide engineering, manufacturing and project management support. This position requires the candidate to perform in all aspects of the business including design engineering, Creo model and drawing creation, reverse engineering, component selection and project management.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
- Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information.
- Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications.
- Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.
- Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles.
- Strong root cause and corrective action skills to investigate equipment failures, diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crews.
- Perform drafting activities to produce manufacturing drawings utilizing CAD.
- Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.
- Conduct research that tests and analyzes the feasibility, design, operation and performance of equipment, components and systems.
Qualifications
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering
- 2 + years design experience
- 2D and 3D CAD experience required; significant Creo experience is a strong plus
- Experience in designing sheet metal, machined components, and assemblies
- Understanding of basic electrical design concepts and software
- Engineering project management skills
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Occasional travel required domestically and internationally, 5%.

Role Objectives
This position is responsible for the preparation of cost estimates for product manufacturing, or service to aid management in bidding on or determining price of product or service. May specialize according to particular type of product manufactured.
Job Responsibilities
- Consults with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or supervisors to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
- Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost materials and labor estimates.
- Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors.
- Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
- Review material and labor requirements to decide whether it is more cost effective to produce or purchase components.
- Establish material breakdown.
- Reviews engineering specifications when given.
- Works with Engineering to establish production specifications when required.
- Works with inside department to establish work job priorities.
- Identifies and routes quote requests to appropriate department.
- Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Welder with both MIG and TIG welding capabilities to support the custom
construction of Bunting equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong blueprint reading and
measuring skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on custom-fabricated components
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and specifications
- Measure, fit, and assemble parts prior to welding
- Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards
- Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with grinding, finishing, and other fabrication tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Proven MIG and TIG welding experience
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
- Knowledge of welding processes, materials, and safety practices
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Work Schedule
This position will be initially trained on first shift and transitioned to second shift as soon as possible, based on
training progress and operational needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Dispose of hazardous waste in an appropriate manner.

Select paint according to company requirements, and match colors of paint following specified color charts.

Mix paints to match color specifications then stir and thin the paints, using spatulas or power mixing equipment.
-
Remove grease, dirt, paint, and rust from surfaces in preparation for paint application, using abrasives, solvents, brushes, blowtorches, washing tanks, or sandblasters.
-
Pour paint into spray guns and adjust nozzles and paint mixes to get the proper paint flow and coating thickness.
-
Monitor painting operations to identify flaws such as blisters and streaks so that their causes can be corrected.
-
Sand vehicle surfaces between coats of paint and/or primer to remove flaws and enhance adhesion for subsequent coats.
-
Disassemble, clean, and reassemble sprayers and power equipment, using solvents, wire brushes, and cloths for cleaning duties.
-
Spray prepared surfaces with specified amounts of primers and decorative or finish coatings.
-
Mask other surfaces with tape or paper to protect them from paint.

Lift raw materials, finished products, manually or using hoists.
