12. DPF Required Disclosures
Bunting Magnetics is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Bunting Magnetics may be required to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. Bunting Magnetics remains responsible for the processing of personal data it transfers to third parties acting as its agents unless it proves it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
