Quality Inspector - Newton, KS

We are seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure the quality and compliance of raw materials, manufactured components, and finished products. This role is responsible for sampling, sorting, testing, weighing, measuring, and inspecting products throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sample, sort, test, weigh, measure, and inspect raw materials, manufactured components, and completed products or service delivery processes
  • Testing of liquid tight construction
  • Cleaning inspected items and preparing them for shipment
  • Electro etching of serial numbers on finished products
  • Incoming inspection of purchased parts

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Prior product and parts inspection experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Computer skills
  • Ability to effectively use a variety of inspection gauges and meters (pull test, micrometer, calipers, depth gages, etc.)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
  • High school diploma or GED required

Manufacturing Engineer - Newton, KS

Position Summary

This position involves project management, customer application recommendations, manufacturing process development and review, and aiding in working through customer specification issues to support manufacturing. The role will also pioneer lean manufacturing initiatives for the division with support from others.

This is a fast-paced, short-cycle, high-mix manufacturing environment where we design and manufacture highly customized products and enjoy the challenge of solving customer application issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop new methods and equipment to reduce product manufacturing cost, improve quality, and support on-time delivery
  • Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and workflow to identify areas for improvement
  • Estimate labor standards and apply them to manufacturing routers
  • Review jobs for tooling requirements and manufacturing capabilities
  • Design tools as required to complement manufacturing processes
  • Provide manufacturing technical assistance to R&D and Design Engineering as required
  • Provide labor and time study recommendations to the cost estimating department
  • Work with Design Engineering to ensure manufacturability and tooling requirements for custom design projects
  • Work with shop floor supervisors to resolve manufacturing issues

Education and Experience Requirements

Industrial Engineer - Newton, KS

Position Summary

The Industrial Engineer supports day-to-day manufacturing operations by improving processes, supporting production teams, and maintaining accurate process documentation. This role focuses on efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.

The Industrial Engineer works closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Manufacturing Engineering to drive operational performance and stability.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support daily production processes and troubleshoot issues on the plant floor
  • Develop and maintain standard work, routings, work instructions, and process documentation
  • Conduct time studies, line balancing, and capacity analysis to improve efficiency
  • Support preventative maintenance execution and coordination with Maintenance teams
  • Maintain tooling catalog and coordinate tooling repairs and replacements
  • Assist with ISO documentation, audits, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Create and update basic CAD drawings for fixtures, tooling, and layouts
  • Support Lean initiatives including 5S, waste reduction, and visual management
  • Track and report key performance metrics such as scrap, efficiency, and cycle time
  • Support production startups, changeovers, and process adjustments
  • Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
  • Work cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams
  • Support training of operators on new or updated processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with ISO-based quality systems
  • Basic proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, or similar)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
  • Ability to work effectively on the plant floor and communicate with operators and supervisors

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with time studies, labor optimization, and capacity planning
  • Familiarity with PFMEA, control plans, and SPC
  • Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience

Financial Analyst - Newton, KS

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, supporting budgeting and forecasting efforts, and providing actionable insights to optimize costs, improve profitability, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results and prepare variance reports compared to budget and forecasts
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support cash flow analysis
  • Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and production teams to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Support annual budgeting, including data collection, consolidation, and analysis
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on inventory levels, variances, and turnover to ensure accurate and timely data

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to support and maintain our quality management systems and ensure product compliance across all stages of production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Possess a working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, supporting a sound quality management system and preventing quality issues

Position Summary

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for the ownership and performance of equipment, as well as customer part costing and production. This role drives part costing, capital equipment strategy, process reliability, and new product introduction while ensuring alignment with safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.

The Manufacturing Engineer operates as a cross-functional leader, coordinating with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, and Industrial Engineering to ensure robust and scalable manufacturing operations.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure safety, quality, throughput, and cost performance
  • Develop part cost models, routings, and manufacturing estimates for new and existing products
  • Lead capital equipment planning, selection, layout, and implementation, including new technologies
  • Manage new product introduction (NPI) from concept through production readiness
  • Provide technical support for customer requirements, engineering changes, and manufacturability assessments
  • Design and improve tooling, fixtures, and layouts using CAD systems
  • Provide direction on make vs. buy decisions and manufacturing strategy

Internal Sales Executive - Redditch, UK

Purpose of the Role

The Internal Sales Executive is responsible for managing and developing inbound and outbound sales opportunities across North Europe, South Europe, and the Rest of the World (ROW), excluding Italy, USA, Mexico, and Canada.

The role’s primary focus is to follow up, qualify, and progress all leads and opportunities, ensuring no enquiry goes unattended. The successful candidate will work closely with regional sales managers and distributors to maximise conversion rates, maintain accurate CRM records, and help grow Bunting’s global customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and Opportunity Management

  • Proactively chase up all incoming leads and sales enquiries for the assigned regions.

  • Qualify leads to determine potential value and route them appropriately (direct sale or regional handover).

  • Maintain regular communication with potential customers through phone, email, and CRM follow-ups.

  • Monitor and progress all open opportunities in HubSpot or Epicor to ensure timely closure.

  • Ensure all activities are logged accurately and consistently in the CRM.

Sales Support

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation as required.

  • Follow up on all quotations sent to ensure maximum conversion.

  • Liaise with internal departments (technical, production, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order processing.

Regional Coverage

  • Manage lead activity for North Europe, South Europe, and ROW (excluding Italy, USA, Mexico, and Canada).
