Stainless Steel Separators

The Bunting Stainless Steel Separation Conveyor recovers stainless steel from mixed recycling streams. A high-intensity neodymium magnetic roll attracts weakly magnetic stainless steel that conventional ferrous separators may not capture.

The system handles particles from 5 mm (0.20 in.) to 125 mm (5 in.). A vibratory feeder presents material evenly, while adjustable belt speed and splitter position help operators tune recovery for the feed.

The conveyor can be integrated into recycling and processing lines for applications including auto shredding, WEEE, plastics, and mixed metal recovery.
