Bunting cartridge magnets capture ferrous metal from dry powders, granules, liquids, and other product flows. Install them individually in hoppers and chutes or combine them in grates and grids to protect equipment and improve product purity.
Choose ceramic, neodymium, or NUHI™ Neo Ultra High Intensity magnetic cores to match the contaminant size, product characteristics, and operating conditions. Standard lengths range from 100 mm (4 in.) to 1,500 mm (60 in.), with custom lengths available.
Each magnetic core is enclosed in a durable 304 or 316 stainless steel tube. Threaded ends, sealed end plugs, sanitary finishes, and other mounting options support installation in food processing, plastics, pharmaceuticals, minerals, recycling, and other applications.
Cartridge magnets are easy to remove and clean. Bunting can help select the appropriate magnet strength, tube construction, and configuration for your process.
Contamination Control: Captures and holds ferrous metal in dry and wet product flows to protect downstream equipment and improve product purity.
Magnet Options: Ceramic, neodymium, and NUHI™ Neo Ultra High Intensity cores are available to suit different contaminant sizes and operating conditions.
Installation Options: Threaded holes, rods, and sealed end plugs support installation in hoppers, chutes, pipelines, grates, and grids.
Construction: Choose 304 stainless steel for general use or 316 stainless steel where greater corrosion resistance is required.
Dimensions: Standard lengths range from 100 mm (4 in.) to 1,500 mm (60 in.), with custom lengths and diameters available.
Cleaning: Cartridge magnets can be removed for straightforward manual cleaning and inspection.
Applications: Suitable for food processing, plastics, pharmaceuticals, minerals, recycling, and other bulk material applications.
