Options

Captures ferrous contaminants from pneumatic conveying lines while maintaining product flow and line pressure. The rare earth magnetic circuit helps protect downstream equipment.

Removes fine ferrous particles from pneumatically conveyed granules and pellets. The tapered housing maintains flow velocity and directs material across the central magnetic cartridge.

Captures ferrous contaminants from gravity-fed product streams. The tapered step magnet fits compact installations while maintaining product flow and protecting downstream equipment.

Removes larger pieces of tramp metal from high-volume gravity-flow applications. The cylindrical magnet is housed in stainless steel for industrial service.

Inline magnets remove ferrous contaminants from dry materials moving through gravity-fed or pneumatic pipelines. They are used in food processing, plastics, ceramics, and bulk material handling.
Stainless steel construction is available in standard, food-grade, and sanitary models designed to meet applicable USDA and FDA requirements. Depending on the model, separation is provided by side-mounted plate magnets or centrally located cartridge or cone magnets.
Ceramic and neodymium rare earth magnet options are available. Ceramic magnets provide a wider, lower-strength field for larger metal pieces, while neodymium magnets provide a stronger, focused field for fine particles.
Typical pipeline diameters range from 50 mm (2 in.) to 250 mm (10 in.), with custom sizes available. Easy-access doors and hinged housings simplify magnet cleaning and reduce maintenance time.
Inline magnets support product purity, regulatory compliance, and downstream equipment protection without interrupting product flow.
Minimal Product Flow Restriction: Internal flow paths are designed to reduce material buildup and maintain product movement.
Targeted Magnetic Strength: Ceramic ferrite and neodymium rare earth options provide different field strengths for the contaminant size and application.
Reliable Ferrous Metal Capture: The magnetic surface retains captured ferrous metal under normal process-flow conditions.
Quick Cleaning: Hinged plates or removable cartridges on selected models provide direct access for cleaning.
Flexible Sizing and Installation: Models are available for pipeline diameters from 50 mm (2 in.) to 250 mm (10 in.) for new and existing systems.
Multiple Industry Applications: Inline magnets are used in food, plastics, ceramics, recycling, and bulk solids processing.
Product Safety Support: Ferrous metal removal supports product purity and HACCP or FDA compliance programs.
Planned Maintenance: Stainless steel construction and accessible magnetic elements support routine maintenance and downstream equipment protection.
