The Bunting HF Drawer Magnet removes fine ferrous and weakly magnetic contaminants from dry, free-flowing powders, granules, and other bulk materials. Standard NUHI rare earth cartridges deliver magnetic strength up to 12,000 gauss to help protect processing equipment and improve product purity.
Built for gravity-flow and mechanical-feed applications, the HF Drawer is available in manual, self-cleaning, pneumatic, and continuous self-cleaning configurations. Heavy-duty 304 stainless steel construction, custom inlets and flanges, and optional safety interlocks support demanding industrial processing applications.
High-Intensity Separation: NUHI rare earth cartridges capture fine ferrous and weakly magnetic particles at strengths up to 12,000 gauss.
Flexible Cleaning: Choose manual, self-cleaning, pneumatic, or continuous self-cleaning configurations to match maintenance and uptime requirements.
Durable Construction: Heavy-duty 304 stainless steel and full-seam, airtight welds support demanding processing environments.
Application Flexibility: Suitable for gravity-flow and mechanical-feed installations, including positions below grinders and above rotary airlocks.
Custom Configuration: Internal sizes, inlet transitions, and flanges can be specified to fit existing equipment and product flow requirements.

Standard Sizes: Internal dimensions from 152 × 152 mm to 610 × 610 mm (6 × 6 in. to 24 × 24 in.).
Magnetic Strength: Up to 12,000 gauss with standard NUHI rare earth cartridges.
Inlets and Outlets: Custom transitions are available for round, square, or rectangular spouting.
Flange Options: 6 mm (1/4 in.) thick flanges, predrilled to customer specifications. Custom flanges are available to fit existing equipment and may affect lead time and cost.
Body Options: Heavy-duty 304 stainless steel construction with full-seam, airtight welds.
Material Contact Options: 304 stainless steel for product-contact areas.
Cleaning Method: Manual, manual self-cleaning, pneumatic self-cleaning, or continuous pneumatic self-cleaning.
Magnet Type: Standard NUHI™ Neo Ultra High-Intensity cartridge magnets. Ceramic and other rare earth options are available.
