Position Location: Newton, KS — Full Time
Bunting located in Newton, KS, is a leading manufacturer of magnetic conveying and separation equipment serving a wide variety of industries. We have an immediate opening for an Inside Sales, Customer Service Rep (Spare Parts). A Spare Parts Representative will function as a liaison, provide product/services, information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
• Responding to inquiries via email and phone for spare parts for all units
o Look up drawings for Bill of Materials of Spare parts
o Working with engineers to identify correct parts
• Requesting quotes from vendors for spare parts
• Quoting all spare parts
• Entering orders received via email or phone calls for spare parts
• Managing emails for inside sales email
o Locating the appropriate department for the requests received
o Researching the appropriate orders or quotes affiliated with the request received
• Other duties as assigned
Work Experience Requirements:
• Must be able to collaborate and work with other departments.
• Great interpersonal communication skills.
• Computer skills
o MS Office Suite
o Outlook o Epicor knowledge a plus
• Punctual and Dependable
Required Education:
• Bachelor’s degree is an asset
• Mechanical background (preferred)
Physical Requirements:
• Frequent standing, reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, and twisting, required.
• Ability to comply with safety requirements of manufacturing environment (for example: safety glasses, steel toe shoes, etc.), required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds independently, required.
