Bunting located in Newton, KS, is a leading manufacturer of magnetic conveying and separation equipment serving a wide variety of industries. We have an immediate opening for an Epicor (ERP) Administrator.

The Epicor ERP Administrator with Manufacturing, HubSpot CRM, and BigCommerce experience will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of the Epicor system, with a specific focus on manufacturing operations. This role also involves integrating and managing HubSpot CRM and BigCommerce to streamline business processes and enhance customer relationship management and e-commerce operations. The administrator ensures all systems operate efficiently, meet business needs, and provide support to end-users.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

System Administration:

• Administer and maintain the Epicor ERP system, including user access, security settings, and data integrity.

• Configure and customize the ERP system to meet manufacturing-specific business requirements.

• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.

 

Upgrades and Maintenance:

• Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

• Collaborate with IT and manufacturing teams to test and implement new features and functionality.

 

Troubleshooting and Support:

• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues.

• Manage and respond to service requests and incident tickets in a timely manner. .

 

Reporting and Data Management:

• Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and queries using Epicor’s reporting tools.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ERP system.

 

HubSpot CRM Integration and Management:

• Administer and maintain HubSpot CRM, ensuring integration with Epicor ERP.

• Manage CRM data, workflows, and automation to enhance sales and customer service processes.

• Provide training and support for HubSpot CRM users.

 

BigCommerce Integration and Management:

• Administer and maintain the BigCommerce platform, ensuring seamless integration with Epicor ERP.

• Manage product listings, inventory, pricing, and order processing within BigCommerce.

• Implement and optimize e-commerce workflows and automations.

• Provide training and support for BigCommerce users.

 

Training and Documentation:

• Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive user guides and documentation for Epicor ERP, HubSpot CRM, and BigCommerce.

• Assist users in understanding and utilizing these systems effectively.

 

Collaboration:

• Work closely with various departments, including production, inventory, quality control, sales, customer service, and e-commerce, to understand their needs and provide ERP, CRM, and e-commerce solutions.

• Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for specialized support and development.

 

Manufacturing Process Integration:

• Integrate and optimize manufacturing processes within the Epicor ERP system.

• Support production scheduling, shop floor control, materials management, and other manufacturing functions.

 

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.

 

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an ERP Administrator, preferably with Epicor ERP.

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment is required.

• Experience with HubSpot CRM administration and integration.

• Experience with BigCommerce administration and integration.

• Understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.

 

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Epicor ERP system administration and customization.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.

• Familiarity with ERP reporting tools such as SSRS, Crystal Reports, or similar.

• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM administration, including workflow automation and data management.

• Proficiency in BigCommerce platform administration, including product management and e-commerce workflows.

• Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

 

Working Conditions:

• This position may require occasional evening or weekend work for system upgrades or maintenance.

• On-call support may be required to address critical system issues.
