Bunting located in Newton, KS, is a leading manufacturer of magnetic conveying and separation equipment serving a wide variety of industries. We have an immediate opening for a Business Application Manager. This person is responsible for overseeing and managing our ERP, CRM, websites, and related applications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
ERP and CRM Management
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP and CRM systems.
• Ensure systems are running efficiently and securely, with minimal downtime.
• Coordinate with IT teams to manage system upgrades and troubleshoot issues.
Website Management
• Oversee the development, maintenance, and performance of company websites.
• Ensure websites are integrated with ERP and CRM systems for seamless data flow.
• Monitor website performance and implement improvements as needed.
Application Integration
• Develop and manage integration strategies for ERP, CRM, and other business applications.
• Ensure data consistency and integrity across all integrated systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain integrations.
Product Requirements Gathering
• Manage customization requirements related to ERP, CRM, and web hosting services.
• Negotiate terms with vendors and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Monitor contract performance and manage renewals and amendments.
Team Collaboration and Training
• Work closely with various departments to understand their application needs and provide solutions.
• Train employees on the effective use of ERP, CRM, and other business applications.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
• Monitor system performance and generate regular reports for senior management.
• Analyze system usage and provide insights for improvements.
• Ensure all systems comply with industry standards and regulations.
Security and Compliance
• Implement and maintain security protocols to protect data and systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments
Skills and Qualifications:
Job Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience in managing ERP, CRM, and web applications.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in ERP, CRM, application integration, database management and SQL.
• Extensive experience with cloud technologies and services.
• Strong background in application integration and data management.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications in relevant technologies and methodologies.
• Experience with specific ERP and CRM platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
• Knowledge of web development and content management systems.
• Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management.
