Position Location: Newton, KS — Full Time
Bunting located in Newton, KS, is a leading manufacturer of magnetic conveying and separation equipment serving a wide variety of industries. We have an immediate opening for an experienced Metal Detection Service Coordinator to join our global headquarters.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the master schedule/calendar for service calls.
• Customer follow-up for start-up service call scheduling 2 weeks after equipment shipment.
• Stock level monitoring for critical spare parts.
• Quoting of service parts, service calls, and TMA repairs.
• Entering service and parts orders.
• Issue and track TMA’s for equipment repairs.
• Issue and track RMA’s for core boards.
• Coordinate TMA repairs and tracking after receipt/inspection.
• Coordinate long term service contracts and scheduling.
• Coordinate core board returns for repair back to Mesutronic.
• Send out service reminders and quotes for non-contract calibration.
s • Coordinate board programming for order ship outs.
• Outbound customer contact for service and critical spare parts sales for new equipment shipments.
• Take customer phone calls for troubleshooting and dispatch to the technicians as needed.
• Pre and Post shipment customer contact for service scheduling.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• Customer service experience.
• Data Entry in an ERP system and/or CRM.
• Ability to multi-task.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Electronic or Technical background or experience a plus.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
